I) • The valency of carbon in both C2H6 and C2H2 is equal to 4 as carbon requires 4 electrons to complete it's octet.

• But the oxidation state of carbon in C2H6 is 3 and in C2H2 is equal to one .

II) AgNO3 (aq) + NaCl (aq) ----> AgCl (s) + NaNO3 (aq)

•This reaction is a double displacement reaction and all the states of reactants is aqueous and the precipitate AgCl is solid .

•The molar ratio all the products and reactants will be equal .

•To find the weights ssome information about the moles of the reactants and products should be given.

III) Ideal gas equation ,

PV = nRT

P- pressure

V- volume

n- no. Of moles

T- temperature

R- ideal gas constant
