Low retentivity, low coercivity.
What this means it should basically respond to electric field in instantaneously and accordingly, not connected to it's past.
If you turn electric field on, it should get magnetized, if off, it's magnetic field should go near zero.
Whoops, turns out I misread the question. This is for electromagnet. The other answer by Zahrafaizi78 is a correct one, but I will let this answer be so people know the difference between two. And read the questions carefully, specially in a test.

Not bad!

2 characteristics used to make a permanent magnet are:
-High retentivity so that the magnet is strong and
-High coercivity so that the magnetisation is not erased by stray magnetic fields, temperature fluctuations or minor mechanical damage.
