The State level Chess Championship held in Telangana and Karnataka At the central University , Delhi Public School Telangana was represented by seven students . Two from 10th standard ,two from 7th standard ,one from 11th standard and 2 from 5th standard. The best player was Mr.Hrydhaan Worah from 7th standard. He has the rating of 2074. He Came 1st in the tournament with winning all the games he played. Our school is proud of him. He is now a National level player with the ratings of 2275 after the tournament and is now a Candidate Master A.K.A CM. This is the best report of our school in the last 50 years.
