I am a biased person. Still please ponder over following few points:
JN by admission declared that he is a Muslim by culture, a Britisher by education and a Hindu by accident.
NM told to Reuter in his interview that he is a nationalist Hindu.
2. JN, like Rajeev, Rahul, Priyanka, was never connected to roots of our nation or culture but chose to use Pandit as prefix to his name.
NM comes from a very poor background, knows ground realities and nerve of the nation.
3. JN was not elected as PM by Congress. Vallabhbhai Patel got all the votes. Due to MKG, Vallabhbhai sacrificed his position.
NM was elected by BJP in 2014 and 2019 by BJP to lead the election as PM candidate. So NM is definitely more democratic than autocratic JN.
4. Right upto IG time water from Chashme Shahi of Kashmir used to come everyday by plane. Such a luxury in a poor country!!!
NM observed his Navratri fast when dining with US president Obama.
5. JN compromised with Pakistan and created Kashmir problem.
NM has undone the mistake.
6. JN was a rich lavish pseudo-communist but could not give water, electricity, home and even lavatories to poor people.
NM has given electricity to every village, lavatories to poor, LPG connections to poor, promised piped water to each home, opened bank accounts for poor for direct credit, many many financial schemes, skill India, makeinindia etc. as he knows where the shoe pinches.
7. JN lost China war.
NM has courage to hold the bull by Horne's as demonstrated in Doclam.
8. JN had a soft corner for Pakistan and Shaikh Abdullah and made colossal loss to India.
NM has tamed Pakistan like a goat.
9. JN was influenced by USSR and followed their policies of licence quota permit which rooted high corruption in India.
NM has rationalised ease of doing business. Process is unending till all reforms are made.
