Cost Price of machine = Rs.80,000
Repairing cost = Rs.5,000
Transporting cost = Rs.1,000
Total cost = Rs.(80,000+5,000+1,000)
= Rs.86,000
Profit%=25%
Let Selling Price of the machine be Rs. x,
Profit=S.P-C.P
Thus,
Profit=x-86,000
and Profit%=Profit/C.P * 100
25%=(x-86000)/86000 * 100
25%=(x-86000)/860
25/100 * 860 = x-86000
215=x-86000
x=86,215
Therefore,
SELLING PRICE OF MACHINE = Rs. 86,215.
