Ice at 0ºC appears colder to the mouth than water t 0ºC,Why?

because Ice has absorbed more latent heat of fusion compared to water so Ice is much colder compared to water ...hope it helps

Ice at 0℃is colder than water at 0℃ because water takes latent heat from ice to change its state and become liquid
