Ice itself is cold,yet why does it appear as if water-vapour comes out of it?

When you keep ice outside the freeze at room temperature, it will absorb the outside heat and convert into water slowly.
The tiny drops of water which comes out of ice is due to the melting of the ice. This happens because ice is converting from the solid state to the liquid state.
