Assuming the ice-cube is kept on top of an insulator,

Convection. Air touching the ice cube will get cooler, move up, and drag in fresh air to be cooled again. This cycle continues until the ice cube fully melts.

Radiation. Any heat source in the room will radiate heat to the ice cube.

If, in addition, the ice cube is kept on a metal plate, it will gain heat by conduction, too.
