Human angels are the people who have achieved many things in their life and have made a good name for themselves.
World treasures are the good qualities of life such as love, humility, and gratitude.

Well human angels are humans just like u and me. The poet believes that when she is supported and surrounded by human she could find and create new treasures in life.
Worldly treasures refer to those treasures which human effort can make.....
