D part contains two parts - B and C.

B - Variable region of the light chain.

C - Constant part of the light chain.

E - Constant part of the heavy chain.

F - Disulphide bond.

The antibody is also known as immunoglobulin are molecules found in our body which impart humoral immunity. They are of five types - Ig A, Ig G, Ig D, Ig E and Ig M.

It consists of two types of chains namely, heavy chain and light chain. The variable region of both heavy and light chains interacts with an antigen.
