The slope of the line y=5x+2 is m=5 .

The equation of the line in slope intercept form parallel to y=5x+2 is

 y=5 x+c

Since the above line passes through (-6,-1)

 -1=5 (-6)+c\\<br />c=29

Thus the equation of the required line is

 y=5x+29
