A constitution is called rigid if the process of amendment is complex and needs such voting system which is difficult to achieve. Simply put it is difficult to pass the law. Even if there is a special provision for the amendment of the constitution it might not be rigid. It depends on the process contained in that special provision...

Regarding general law I will say that they are very flexible in the legal sense. As parliament has to just pass ordinary law for them. The social constraints in amending such laws are massive.

Some laws are extremely flexible like the local laws of districts. All rules, by-laws etc. are also highly flexible. These words also come under the generic word law. They do not require even legislation. Simple executive orders are enough to amend such laws.
