Identify any three provision which make the constitution of India rigid as well as flexible?

I think there is no provision which can make the constitution of India rigid.

For example-

If any rule is made the people firstly find the loop holes in it. If it is written NO SMOKING HERE so people will start thinking how to smoke here. Instead of following the rule bcz they believe in India rules are for fools. Even a terrorist in jail living a 5 star hotel life.

So if there is any provision it is to be loyal and commited to the rule first.
