1)The political interference:
The biggest hindrance is the use of power by the big political parties they can use this by changing the election results or by the buying the voters on base of money . This can be solved by strict checking through the election commission on the every candidate and also restricting the use of money.

2)lack of sincere politicians or having corrupt politicians:
this is also a major problem as the corrupt politician use their force to change the result and do the corruption is every possible ways. They also have the criminals within them. So strong check and balance needed by the armed forces on politicians as well as the check and balance by the election commission.
