the followings to break the barrier of a msnager:

1. A manager have to need to talk face to face ,not a manager also it applies everywhere yo remove the barrier.

2. we have to make bold our own and face the fears.

3.Be open with everyone it doesn't matter who is standing on the front.

3.Trh to clear all questions whatever comes in mind without any hesitation doesn't matter they are brother ans sister ,if they are teacher and student ,or a manager .
