identify positive and negative rational numbers in the following:-
(a)  \frac{ - 12}{ - 17}

(b) \frac{ - 19}{ - 21}

both are positive dude !!!!
-12/-17 = 12/17
-19/-21= 19/21

Both of them are positive as -12/-17 minus - minus of both of the sums will get cancelled.
So,
-12/-17 = 12/17
-19/-21 = 19/21
