As we know that adverbs are words/phrases which acts as a main clause or expressing place, time or any particular manner. Here I’m writing in bracket after each sentence.

i.                   A fire broke out in the early hours of the morning. (In the early hours)

ii.                 Surprising, he arrived in time. (In time)

iii.              The fire brigade struggled for four hours.(struggled )

iv.               He put all the books aside. (Aside)

v.                  We visit Delhi every year. (Delhi)
