Cause of Conflict:- Louis XVI rejected the demand of Third estate to set up the new voting pattern ,i.e, instead of One Estate = One Vote, It should be "One Man One Vote One Value".

Outcome:- Members of the 3rd estate stormed out of the Meeting and formed the National Assembly and took an oath (Also called Tennis Court Oath) that they won't disperse till they  had drafted a constitution for France that would limit the powers of  the monarch
