Answer:

hello...

bro.....

this is your answer.......

The plant and animal cells are eukaryotic and contain well developed cellular organelles.

The cell membrane, cytoplasm, chromosomes, and mitochondria are the structures that are present in both the plant and the animal cells.

The cell wall and chloroplast are present only in the plant cell.

hope this will help you mate......

Answer: Well I think you may have asked about the  diagram attached below - and the complete question may look like this-

Identify the cell organelles named A and B in the following animal cell diagram

i. Differentiate between A and B

ii. Mention one function of each A and B

So referring to the diagram attached below the cell organelles named A -Rough endoplasmic Reticulum (RER) and B - Smooth endoplasmic reticulum (SER).

Explanation: cell organelles named

A -Rough endoplasmic Reticulum (RER) and

B - Smooth endoplasmic reticulum (SER).

i. Differentiate between A and B-

  1. The main difference between RER and SER is -RER is covered by ribosomes on its outer surface and SER is not associated with ribosomes
  2. The cisternae of  RER is extends from the nuclear membrane throughout the cytoplasm but the cisternae of  SER is not continuous with the nuclear membrane
  3. The tubule in the RER is less developed as compared to the tubule in the SER
  4. The primary function of RER is protein processing whereas the primary function of SER is in  lipid metabolism.

ii. One function of each A and B are-

  • RER- The main function of RER is Protein folding, Processing and quality  control.
  • SER-The main function of SER is Biosynthesis of membrane lipids, steroid Biosynthesis and detoxification of Xenobiotics.
