in dictatorship only one person rule the whole country

There are many features of democracy which differentiates it to dictatorship and other forms of government. In Democracy, government is for the people, of the people and by the people. But in other forms such as dictatorship to choose their own representative is not in the hands of people. Secondly, it is based on 'free and fair' election. Moreover, it a democracy, each and every adult citizen have right to vote.
