change.but conv. of milk into curd is irreversible change because curd cannot change in milk again but ice changes in water and water changes in ice again ..

melting of ice is a physical change because here only the state is changing. no new substance is form and it is reversible change
but in case of conversation of milk into curd new substance is formed that is curd and a chemical reaction takes place and this change is irreversible we can't obtaine milk after it is converted into curd.
