CaOCl3 aka bleeching powder. Bleaching powder is prepared on a large scale basis by passing chlorine gas through a solution of calcium hydroxide ( C a ( O H ) 2 Ca(OH)_2 Ca(OH)2) which is commonly called as slaked lime.
