identify the condition when both the parties in a barter economy have to agree to sell and buy each other's communities? what is it called?

this condition is called double coincident of wants. in this both seller and buyer have to be ready for exchanging their goods. For example if a person has 2kg of wheat and he wants 2 kg of rice then he should have to find a person which is ready for taking his wheat and giving 2kg rice.
