In a socialist society, the Russian government presented workers with several amenities. The state launched a continued education plan. The factory operators and peasants were inspired to enroll in universities. Women workers were supported with the CrËches at their working areas

The workers really had a bad conditioning’s as there we no wages given to them , and due to the mental pressures given to them for the over-workings hours they fell sick and some of them even died. Secondly they were not allowed to leave from the work and were too living in the same working areas
