Every year data on price are reported for the current year as well as for another year.

Price for each year is reported in the currency value for a specific year.

Current price data indicated for the year 1990 are on the basis of  1990 prices, for 2000 are based on 2000 prices, and so on.

Other series in World Development Indicators (WDI) present data in "constant" or "real" form. Constant series show the data years in the value of a  base year.

Thus,  data reported in constant 2010 prices show data for 1990, 2000, and all past years in 2010 price basis and expected price projection can also be extrapolated from the graph plotted with the data.
