Question origin :- Ionization enthalpy.
Question solving approach :- Think about how ionization energy vary when electron is removed from outer shell,inner shell etc.
We can notice that the different between 2nd and 3rd ionization energy is very high.So, it is easy to interpret that it is easy to remove 1st and 2nd electron.But it is rather hard for 3rd.
Means 3rd electron belongs to inner shell.
It refers that there are 2 electron in outer/valance shell.
So, the element can be 2nd group elements.
