Well according to the condition :

"One fourth of m is 3 more than 7"

The equation will be –

 \dashrightarrow{ \sf{ \pmb{ \ \frac{1}{4}  \times m = 7 + 3 \:  \:   \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: \: or}}}

 \dashrightarrow{ \sf{ \pmb{ \frac{m}{4}  = 7 + 3}}}

{ \dashrightarrow{ \sf{ \pmb{4m = 10}}}}

{ \dashrightarrow{ \sf{ \pmb{m = 4\times10}}}}

 {\dashrightarrow{ \sf{ \pmb{m = 40}}}}

Therefore,

Required Equation is \dashrightarrow{ \sf{ \pmb{ \frac{m}{4}  = 7 + 3}}}
