SOLUTION

Given:

$\frac{4 x^2}{3}=\frac{(4 x)^2}{3^2}$

Thats absolutely wrong...........

$(\frac{4x}{3})^2=\frac{16 x^2}{9}$

Hence .......

$\frac{4 x^2}{3}\times \frac{4}{3}=\frac{16x^2}{9}$

That will be the correct answer.......

or,

$\frac{4 x^2}{3}=(\frac{2 x}{\sqrt{3}})^2$

This is correct too.....
