Answer:

Figure of speech - Alliteration

Explanation:

  • Personification is a erudite device that gives mortal characteristics to inhuman effects or insensible objects. The inhuman effects can be creatures, objects, or indeed a conception. The mortal characteristics given to these effects can be feelings, actions, or conduct that bring inhuman effects to life.
  • A metaphor states that one thing is another thing. It equates those two effects not because they actually are the same, but for the sake of comparison or symbolism.
  • Alliteration is the reiteration of an original consonant sound in words that are in close propinquity to each other. By “ close propinquity, ” we mean words that can be but do not have to be successive. maybe the easiest way to fete alliteration is to see it in action the below lyric has, Solid as Steel!
  • A simile is a figure of speech and type of conceit that compares two different effects using the words “ like ” or “ as. ” The purpose of a catachresis is to help describe one thing by comparing it to another thing that's maybe putatively unconnected.

Note: Even the word as is given, but the poetic line is not simile. It is because, the sentence alone can't be a simile, because which thing is compared to steel is not given.May be the entire poem have a figure of speech 'simile'.
