अग्नि हिन्दू धर्म में आग के देवता हैं। वो सभी देवताओं के लिये यज्ञ-वस्तु भरण करने का माध्यम माने जाते हैं, इसलिये उनकी उपाधि भारत है। वैदिक काल से अग्नि सबसे ऊँचे देवों में से हैं। पौराणिक युग में अग्नि पुराण नामक एक ग्रन्थ भी रचित हुआ। हिन्दू धर्म विधि में यज्ञ, हवन और विवाहों में अग्नि द्वारा ही देवताओं की पूजा की जाती है।(Agni is a Sanskrit word meaning fire and connotes the Vedic fire god of Hinduism.
