hey mate...

the answer is.....

(3p+ 1 )( 3p+ 4)


(x + a)(x + b) =  {x}^{2}  + (a + b)x + ab

3p^2 + (1 + 4)3p + (1×4)

9p^2 + 15p + 4

(x + a) (x+ b)
(3p)^2 + (1 + 4)×3p + (1+4)
