The incorrect pair is Quicklime - Calcium Hydroxide.

Quicklime or lime is an inorganic material known as Calcium oxide (CaO).Calcium carbonate or limestone, also known as chalk is subjected to calcination which forms quicklime (CaO).

Upon subsequent addition of water, hydrated lime or slaked lime is formed which is called as Calcium Hydroxide (CaOH2).
