Answer: The most specific taxonomic level is species.

Explanation:

A hierarchical system is utilised to classify different organisms or plants into groups. This is known as the taxonomic classification.

The broadest classification is made using the domain and kingdom whereas the most specific classification is made using the genus and species.

The other classifications in between are phylum, class, family, order.

Species.  Species are a  group of living organisms which have same individual which are capable of exchanging genes and interbreeding.

They are the integral unit of the natural taxonomic unit and comes below genus. Genus is the most specific of all the options mentioned here. When we design the taxonomic unit, then genus comes after species.

Since species are capable of exchanging genes and interbreeding, they are more specific.
