This is because, all the other salts are prepared from strong bases and strong acids therefore acting as neutral salts. But Sodium Carbonate is formed from Strong base and a Weak acid. Due to this it acts as a Basic Salt. Therefore it is the odd one out.

  • Sodium Nitrate = Nitric Acid + Sodium Hydroxide
  • Sodium Sulphate = Sulphuric Acid + Sodium Hydroxide
  • Sodium Carbonate = Carbonic Acid + Sodium Hydroxide
  • Sodium Chloride = Hydrochloric Acid + Sodium Hydroxide

Here, except Carbonic acid all other acids are strong.
