Given : ordered pairs that result in a quadrilateral

To find : which Pair  result in a quadrilateral

Solution:

a) (1.-1), (2,-2), (4,4), (6, -6)

Slope of (1.-1), (2,-2)   =  -1

Slope of  (1.-1), (6,-6)   =  -1

hence  (1.-1), (2,-2) & (6, -6) are collinear point

so (1.-1), (2,-2), (4,4), (6, -6) can not form a Quadrilateral

b) (1,0), (-3,0), (6,0).(-8,0)

All points with slope = 0 between them

Hence all points are collinear

so  (1,0), (-3,0), (6,0).(-8,0)  can not form a Quadrilateral

c) (3, 2), (2, 3), (4, 5), (5,-3)

Can form a pair if Quadrilateral

d) (0.-5), (0,0). (0,3), (0,-3)

All points are on y axis hence collinear

so  (0.-5), (0,0). (0,3), (0,-3)  can not form a Quadrilateral

(3, 2), (2, 3), (4, 5), (5,-3)

Can form a pair if Quadrilateral
