Hey buddy
Here is your answer

—————————————————————————————————————————

The glass plate of solar cooker functions the effects of greenhouse as it catches and stores the heat and the heat gets trapped in it, which is similar to that of the greenhouse effect. So , the glass is somewhat working like greenhouse effect.

The solar cooker has a special glass covering on the top of it. This glass allows solar light rays (hot radiation) pass into the cooker. Then the heat inside is retained inside by special effect called greenhouse effect.

The answer:  The glass covering on the top of the cooker.

Solar cookers are very energy effective. Solar cookers often use a parabolic or spherical antenna type reflector surface to concentrate more energy on the glass cover on top of them.  Solar cookers are used in many rural areas - adopted by research organizations and corporate companies.
