A) Evaporation, B) Condensation, C) Precipitation and D) Surface run off and Collection

  • Evaporation is the process, in which the liquid water becomes water vapor. The liquid from water bodies changes from its liquid state to a gaseous state.
  • Condensation happens when the evaporated gas gets changed into liquid form. This take place when the temperature of the vapor decreases and forms clouds (consist millions of tiny water droplets) in the sky
  • Precipitation occurs when the atmospheric pressure and temperature are favorable. The tiny droplets of water present in the clouds form larger droplets and precipitates. As a result the raindrops fall on
  • Surface Runoff and collection: The water that as rainfall to the Earth, runs off the surface of the land and flows down hill into rivers, streams, ponds and lakes. Then the water gets collected in to the water bodies.
