Answer:

Distributive Property of Multiplication over Addition

Step-by-step explanation:

According to this property of whole numbers:

  a x b + a x c = a(b+c)

When we have an expression in the form of a x b + a x c, we can take a as common. This would in turn become a(b+c).

Hope it Helps

Given :   2 x 13 + 8 x 13 = ( 2+8) x 13

To Find : Identify the property

Solution:

2 x 13 + 8 x 13 = ( 2+8) x 13

Distributive property

(a + b) c  =  ac  + bc

a  =  2

c = 13

b = 8

(  2 + 8 ) * 13  =  2 * 13 + 8 * 13
