in 3rd question there might be a mistake
Do we use " I'm waking up at six " ..??!! These days generally take my breakfast at seven because I wake up at six..!! How about that..??!! I'm not sure
because i wake up at six " we use it generally ! but according to grammar its " I'm waking up at six " @prasoon
