The socio-economic issues affecting the firm are-:
(1.5.1) Lack of proper education and skills is the cause and the socio-economic issues concerning that employees of KB trading cannot read letters and emails.
- Education and the development of basic skills and knowledge are the most integral part of work culture. It provides people basic understanding of mundane and specific things and activities. It makes one understand how to survive with a skillset and earn a livelihood out of it.
(1.5.2) Improper water cycle
- When forests are fewer, it rains less and this affects the water cycle and this is why they have to use technologies of water treatment recycling. Change in climate and temperature changes of the ocean leads to drought.
