After discussing with neighbor , friends & parents we comes with many really handy & instant solutions to reduce the  noise  pollution which is adversely effecting the kids & environment of locality.
1. No Noise related activity in locality after 11 PM of night  .
2. Noisy construction only during day light time .
3. No Function or event with permission of local police & local authority .
4. Without authorized ID no entry to loudly salesmen in area .
5.  Proper Noise decimal measurement  so we can we take further                    necessary actions with proof  that unbearable noise level is rising
