Dilute nitric acid (HNO3) is an oxidizing agent. Concentrated nitric acid has greater oxidizing power than dilute acid.

Dilute sulphuric acid (H2SO4) is a non-oxidizing acid, though the concentrated acid in hot condition acts as an oxidizing agent.

Dilute phosphoric acid (H3PO4) is also non-oxidizing but the concentrated can show oxidizing tendency at very high temperatures.

Hydrochloric acid (HCl), both in its dilute and concentrated versions, is non-oxidizing. It is actually a mild reducing agent.
