The two ways are:-
1. He caught the fish, brought it over board and laid it down. He then brought the edge of the bucket near its gills and struck it several times till the head was apart from the body.
2. He sometimes would also take the fish in a blanket, wrap it up and would break its neck, cut it into piece and consumes it.
