The acid might be H2CO3 and the base would be NaOH

NaOH+H2CO3---->NaHCO3+H2O

piyushjha150403: According to me this question is wrong as reaction between acid and bases forms neutral solutions not sodium hydrogen carbonate which is a base.what are your views?
