You see, some time ago, loudspeakers were installed to make announcements or host events. but it appears as if people are misusing this and use them to play music at high volumes. Also, my residence is near a busy road on which there is a lot of traffic. the continuous honking of horns is very disturbing. these two factors are creating a lot of noise. As you may know, Tests are near and many students are working hard. These noises ruin their concentration and disrupt their sleep schedule.
