I hope you're doing well, and I hope the same for everybody else back at home. this letter is to tell you about my results of the second terminal exams. I didn't score as well as you had expected(add the score or percentage that you've scored,this is totally optional).I know I should've concentrated more on my studies than other things. I was a fool to not listen to you. I know you are going to be disappointed and so will the others but I promise you that I will not let you down this time. I will try my very best to score more than what you would expect and I'll make everybody and, of course, you and dad proud.
Give my love to everyone there and shower your blessings for my "mission".
