let the third vertex be (x,y)
we know, all the sides of an equilateral triangle are equal.
so,
sqrt((x-0)^2+(-3-y)^2)=sqrt((0-0)^2+(-3-0)^2)=sqrt((x-0)^2+(3-y))
solve to get the value of x and y.
