Given:

0° < θ < 90°

To find:

The value of Sec (0°)

Solution:

It is known that the value of Cos (0°) is 1 and also,

Cos\theta=\frac{1}{Sec\theta}

Sec\theta=\frac{1}{Cos\theta}

i.e., Sec (θ) is the reciprocal of Cos (θ).

When \theta=0,

Cos0=1

Cos0=\frac{1}{Sec0}

Sec0=\frac{1}{Cos0}

Sec0=\frac{1}{1}=1

The value of Sec(0°) is 1.

Hence, option (c) is the correct answer.

The value of Sec(0) = 1 and the correct answer among the options is option (c).
