it is actually a simple trick question
if u start to read the question and think to your self lets start solving it as soon as i read the 1st part then its pretty normal but you will be moving down a wrong path.
if you try to solve question by counting down the difference between the value of each number you wont get any answer
If you look closely to the 2nd value of 3 it simply tells us it is equal to 9 or we can write it as 9.0
so simple changing the values from right tto left we can say 9.0 equals to 3
so 9.0=3
