If -1/2 is a zero of the polynomial 3x^3+x^2-6x-3, find the sum the of its other two zeroes.

As we know,

 \alpha  +  \beta  +  \gamma  =   \frac{ - b}{a}

As one zero is -1/2

Now,

α+β+(-1/2) = -1/6

α+β = -1/6 + 1/2

α+β = 2/6

α+β = 1/3
